Are you thinking about opening your own self-service laundromat? Would you like to become part of the fast-growing Quickwash network of branded self-service laundromats?

We offer a well-developed licensing system that includes assistance with choosing the most suitable location for your laundromat, support with project preparation, a refined design and operations manual, technology supply, ongoing operational advice, and marketing support. We also offer financing for the purchase of technology through leasing.

We are looking for partners throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Information for prospective licensees

Investment overview

  • Depending on the size of the laundromat and the number of machines, the expected investment ranges from CZK 1.2 million to CZK 2 million.
  • The initial licence fee is CZK 50,000.
  • Marketing fee: CZK 500/month
  • Return on investment: 3–5 years

Requirements for applicants

  • Sufficient capital to finance the project
  • Suitable premises in place
  • The drive and enthusiasm to build a business in a new, fast-growing sector
  • A commitment to delivering top-quality service to customers

Basic requirements for the premises

  • A high-traffic, clearly visible location
  • Ground-floor premises with shop windows
  • An optimal floor area of 50–70 m²
  • Parking available nearby
  • Water supply with pressure of 0.3–0.6 MPa and sufficient flow capacity
  • Three-phase power supply 3 × 380–400 V / 50 Hz (minimum 63 A circuit breaker)
  • Connection to the sewer system
  • Option to connect to a ventilation system for dryer exhaust
  • Gas connection is an advantage
